Digital Swan’s primary focus was reworking the Route 40 website in order to create an easier user navigation experience--especially with the online store. Our digital team worked on taking all the information about CBD and essential oils and creating a first page graphic that allows users to understand how CBD works. Another pain point for Route 40 was their online store, we assisted in creating a clean, less cluttered online store that easily allowed customers to filter for the exact product they’re looking for. Finally, we worked on updating product descriptions, simplifying them so that customers know exactly what they’re getting.
On the social media side our social media team worked with Route 40 to identify what major information they want to portray to their audience. We established a “mood” for the graphics, and images we used, from there we wrote copy that reflected the information that Route 40 had identified as being important to convey to their audience.
